Develop Your Muscles but Ease Up on the Joints: Use Bodylastics
My search for an exercise equipment or gadget that works well on muscles but does not hurt the joints was long and difficult. This was to replace my gym membership for which I have paid much and did workouts religiously to be ‘worthy’ of the price. So one day I sort of computed my membership payments and the result floored me!I realized I could purchase equipment for my own personal use, and yet still save money in the process!
So I went looking for that optimum equipment that fills my requirement and still save me money.I began comparing Bowflex with other products, seriously evaluating them for suitability to my needs. Not one fit my needs, plus being quite costly and complicated as well. Some people I know already have them.I tried out the products to see what they can really do. And I concluded the products were not correct for my requirements.
I did an internet search for “exercise bands,” thinking that I could at least stay toned, while I wassearching for my home gym. Then an advertisement caught my eye: “Bodylastics, A Home Gym Exercise Sytem”, it said.I was sure surprised when I clicked on it. Their idea of a home gym was resistance bands?Ahh.. Maybe there’s a litle secret there somewhere…Must be, I thought, and began really examining the content of the site. And there it was, the magic words…”Won’t hurt the joints.”!Works on the muscles!”” That was just what I had in mind, but how could that be possible with just a resistance band?
Unbelieving but wanting to find answers, I read on.Over 140 gym exercises may be done with the exercise band, it said. The assertions were backed up by demo pictures. The best thing was it wasn’t a one size fits all product. The user can opt for any of the 15-94 tension strengths that comprise the system. The different tensions will enable the user to increase the workout difficulty without adding or buying anything else.
So I decided to gamble with my 49.00.And the 95 cents to test it.After all, it is much, much less than the gym membership fees I have paid.Perhaps it can replace the 20,000 dollars worth of equipment i had in mind.
So I bought the Bodylastics and have been at it for these past three months. And my conclusion can be summed up in one, single, quite common word: “WOW”!”
Unbelievable how such a system can be so small it can be contained in a cabinet, be relatively inexpensive, yet work results comparable to gym-produced exercises.I achieved muscle tone, lost extra weight, felt stronger, yet not hurt in my joints as before.
The momentum created, when lifting a free-weight , actually damages ligaments and tendons. But Bodylastics exercises do not stress joints, tendons and ligaments because there is no weight inertia created. So when I travel, my whole gym exercise system goes with me in a single bag.No must-go-to-the-gym-to-work-the-fee compulsion for me now.The worthiest $50.00 for the best gym exercise system ever!
